Most properties in this price range ask you to choose. You get the house, or you get the ground. This one does not make you choose, and that is the reason it is worth a look. The home was built in 2005, and it was not built to a budget. It runs about 4,970 square feet with five bedrooms and three and a half baths, a main floor master, two bedrooms up, and two in the finished lower level. The two lower-level bedrooms are non-conforming; the lower level does have two exterior entrances and a large picture window.
